B2B Prospect Research That Finds the Accounts Worth Selling To
Prospect research is the difference between a list and a pipeline. We map your sub-sectors, buyer segments and market signals, then build a database of accounts that actually match what you sell — filtered by size, capability, geography, technology in use, and observable buying signals rather than a broad industry code.
What b2b prospect research actually involves
The work is deliberately two-layered. AI-assisted research widens the net across industry databases, trade association member lists, directories, tender records and company websites; manual review then narrows it, because a machine cannot reliably tell a 40-person contract manufacturer that quotes small-batch precision work from a distributor that resells someone else's.
You receive an account database you can audit: company name, country, sub-sector, approximate headcount, why it qualified, and the source. Accounts that don't survive review are dropped rather than mailed, which is why our sending volumes look small relative to reply quality.
Where this fits in our 6-step process
This service is steps one and two of our process in isolation: ICP and market mapping, followed by the account database build. It's the right starting point if your team already has outbound capacity but keeps running out of good accounts to work.

Who this is for
Companies with an internal SDR or sales team that can handle their own outreach but lack the research bandwidth to keep a clean, well-filtered account list in front of them — and companies entering a new European or US market where they don't yet know the landscape.
Industries where this fits well
B2B Prospect Research — questions buyers ask
How many accounts do you typically research per month?
Volume depends on how narrow the ICP is. A tightly defined niche — for example hydraulic cylinder manufacturers in DACH with 50–250 employees — may only contain a few hundred real accounts, and we'd rather deliver the complete addressable set than pad it.
Which sources do you use?
Industry and company databases, national trade registries, trade association member directories, exhibition and trade-fair exhibitor lists, procurement and tender portals where public, and the companies' own websites. Everything is checked against the live site before it's accepted.
Can you research by capability rather than industry label?
Yes, and for technical sectors that's usually the point. We can filter for things a database field won't tell you — five-axis capability, cleanroom assembly, specific certifications, in-house tooling — by reading the company's own site and material.
Do you include companies we're already talking to?
No. We suppress your existing customers, open opportunities and any exclusion list you provide before the database is finalised.
